CVS Health is making leadership changes in its care delivery division.

Paymon Farazi, president of CVS subsidiary Signify Health, will be stepping down, according to a LinkedIn post from Sreekanth Chaguturu, MD, president of health care delivery at CVS Health. Stepping into Mr. Farazi’s role is Marcus Lanznar, who previously served as senior vice president of product at Signify Health.

Additionally, Jon Thiboutot, PharmD, was appointed as president of retail health for CVS Health. Dr. Thiboutot started his career as a pharmacist and has been instrumental in innovation with respect to MinuteClinic services, the post said.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
