Utah unconcerned about Humana’s depature

Humana will not sell individual health plans on Utah’s government exchange next year, reports Salt Lake Tribune.

However, insurance experts in the state are not concerned. Humana had the smallest market share of Utah’s exchanges, extending coverage to about 10,000 members out of 164,000 Affordable Care Act enrollees, according to the article.

Three insurance carriers will offer plans on the state’s exchange next year, including SelectHealth, University of Utah Health Plans and Molina.
