The companies’ previous agreement was set to expire at the end of 2018. Without a deal, members with Oxford Health Plans, a subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare, would have faced out-of-network rates to access CityMD facilities and providers.
CityMD has 22 clinics in Manhattan and more than 120 locations across New York, New Jersey and Washington state.
