The contract, effective through June 30, 2024, comes off the tail of a 90-day extension, which focused on reimbursement and expanding coverage to additional avenues, including radiation oncology, according to the Herald-Tribune

Sarasota Memorial Health Care has navigated tight-turn negotiations with Cigna and Humana over the past few years, according to the Herald-Tribune. WWSB reports the last three-year contract expired a day before ending.
