Here are four things to know about the health plans.

1. By rolling out the new health plans, Disney aims to lower healthcare costs while offering its employees high-quality healthcare options.

2. One of the health insurance plans is restricted to Florida Hospital’s network of physicians and facilities, and the other is limited to Orlando Health’s network.

3. Disney hired Allegiance, a Cigna company, to administer and manage the health plans, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

4. Disney employees who live outside of Orlando Health and Florida Hospital’s service areas are offered a Cigna HMO plan, and Disney also offers two other Cigna health plans with higher deductibles and larger networks.
