The payer promoted Mr. King to manage Indianapolis-based Anthem’s nationwide business segment in May. He served as president of Anthem BCBS in Virginia since 2008.
His successor, Mr. Ricketts, joined Anthem BCBS in 1984. During the past nine years, he served as regional vice president of sales, the report states.
