Under the agreement, Piedmont Healthcare will implement Kyruus’ product suite, which includes ProviderMatch for AccessCenters, ProviderMatch for Consumers and ProviderMatch for Network Referrals. The multichannel solution aims to make it easier for patients, care managers and providers to schedule appointments and make referrals.
“The ability to offer a positive and consistent patient experience across points of access — from scheduling an appointment to ensuring the right referral — is critical for patient satisfaction and retention,” Graham Gardner, CEO of Kyruus, said in a statement. “Piedmont Healthcare is a true thought leader on patient experience and we are honored to work with this team as they set a new standard around enterprisewide patient access.”
