A donation of $1 million from Frank Leonard will help fund the Leonard Family Comprehensive Breast Center, which will be located on the first floor of the hospital.
The center will offer screening and diagnostic mammograms and bone density testing for both men and women. The facility will also house offices for medical oncologists, the breast oncology nurse navigator, the lymphedema therapist and the genetic counselor, as well as space for an American Cancer Society resource room.
