FormFast Connect allows patients to review and complete required forms and tasks related to their care electronically from their own homes. The platform can be used prior to treatment, or for post-treatment, outpatient purposes. FormFast Connect also delivers alerts to healthcare providers regarding tasks uncompleted by the patient, thereby allowing them to intervene and ensure the patient is following care guidelines.

“FormFast Connect was created to enable greater collaboration between patients and providers beyond the walls of the hospital, promoting a higher quality of care,” said Rob Harding, CEO of FormFast. “By modernizing document workflows, FormFast gives patients, their family members, and clinicians the information they need, when they need it.”
