St. Joseph Regional to acquire Idaho orthopedic practice

Lewiston, Idaho-based St. Joseph Regional Medical Center is acquiring Lewiston Orthopedics, part of Lewiston, Idaho-based Catalyst Medical Group. 

Until the transition is completed, which is expected to be in late 2025, the organizations will continue to operate independently, according to a Sept. 23 news release from SJRMC. 

Catalyst Medical Group employees will join the SJRMC team once the transaction is completed. 

Lewiston Orthopedics has locations in Lewiston and Moscow, Idaho, according to its website

In addition, SJRMC is acquiring Valley Medical Center from CMG, the release said.
