Huntington Hospital, a 619-bed nonprofit facility, has a robust orthopedics program with services such as computer-assisted joint replacements, minimally invasive ACL repair and spine surgery. The hospital’s 41 orthopedic specialists treat more than 3,000 patients per year. In 2016, the hospital’s 20 orthopedic surgeons performed 882 total joint replacements. Blue Cross Blue Shield Association recognized the hospital’s superior orthopedic care with its Blue Distinction Center+ distinction for knee and hip replacements.
