Hospital for Special Surgery’s NYC footprint keeps growing — 3 things to know

Hospital for Special Surgery is opening another sports medicine facility in New York City.

Three things to know:

1. When the 66,000-square-foot location opens in August, it will add to HSS Sports Medicine Institute’s sizeable presence in New York City.

2. The facility will feature physician offices, exam rooms, diagnostic imaging, outpatient operating rooms, physical therapy and sports performance services, and a rehabilitation center.

3. HSS Sports Medicine Institute has space on HSS’ main campus in New York City, as well as facilities in Paramus, N.J., Stamford, Conn., Westchester, N.Y., and Long Island, N.Y. The institute plans to open additional locations in New York City, as well as in West Palm Beach, Fla.
