Nashua, N.H.-based Southern New Hampshire Health named Robert Catania, MD, chief surgical officer.
Dr. Catania will work closely with the executive director of surgical and procedural services to oversee the operations of surgical services across multiple specialty practices and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, according to a June 10 system news release.
He joined the system in 2020 and launched the bariatric surgery program.
