Jessica Judd has allegedly been using the license number of a registered nurse with the same first and last name. She has provided care in Wichita Falls, Weatherford, Decatur and Jacksboro areas from June 2020 to May 2023, according to a January 2024 board bulletin.

In April, she worked as a nurse supervisor at a clinic and in May, she worked as a director of nursing at a nursing home. In both cases, she reportedly held the jobs for about one week.

The board has referred the case to the state attorney general.
