The TeamHealth Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Michael D. Snow as president and CEO of the company, effective Sept. 1.
Mr. Snow joined TeamHealth in late April 2014 as president and was responsible for overseeing operations, revenue cycle, administrative services, sales and marketing.
Mr. Snow replaces Greg Roth, who retired earlier this year after 10 years as TeamHealth's CEO.
