An individual reported hearing three gunshots Tuesday morning around 8 a.m. in the facility’s Building 26, according to the report. The medical center posted on Facebook “all occupants are advised to run, hide or fight,” according to the report. The campus was on lockdown until 1:45 p.m., when patient care resumed, the Navy said, according to the report.
The investigation of Building 26 and the grounds did not find any evidence, casualties, injuries or unusual happenings following the initial report, according to CNN.
