Washington State’s Capital Medical Center Welcomes New CEO

Jim Geist has been named the new CEO at 110-bed Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Wash., according to a report by the News Tribune.

Before Mr. Geist takes office, he will work as COO for the next three months under interim CEO Joe Sharp.

Mr. Geist has been interim CEO for the past four months of Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton, Okla., which has the same parent as Capital Medical, Capella Healthcare of Tennessee.
