St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, N.Y., and Amsterdam Memorial Hospital have merged, according to a report by the Times Union.
Under the voluntary agreement, which was announced in March, St. Mary’s acquired Amsterdam Memorial for $22 million.
The new hospital will employ more than 1,400 people.
