Lockport (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital and Inter-Community Memorial Hospital in Newfane, N.Y., are both now known as Eastern Niagara Hospital following a full-asset merger, according to several news reports.
The hospitals affiliated in 1999.
The merger was approved by the New York State Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century.
