Pharmacist, pharmacy student indicted in ADHD drug scheme

A grand jury indicted a pharmacy student and a licensed pharmacist in Louisiana April 12 on allegations the two conspired to sell controlled substances used for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. 

The lawsuit claims Blair Guillory and Brian Miller conspired to distribute Adderall (amphetamine mixed salts) and Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) to students at the University of Louisiana Monroe, according to the Justice Department. 

Mr. Guillory, 25, is a pharmacy student at the University of Louisiana Monroe and a CVS Health pharmacy intern, according to his LinkedIn profile. Mr. Miller, 37, is a registered pharmacist. If the two are found guilty, they face up to 20 years in prison, 3 years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
