Pick Chay owns Aspirar Medical Lab in Cary, N.C. According to an Aug. 4 North Carolina attorney general’s office news release , the lab allegedly paid kickbacks to two companies who referred patients to Aspirar for urine drug testing.
Mr. Chay’s lab submitted claims to Medicaid for medically unnecessary tests to Medicaid between 2016 and 2017, the attorney general alleged.
