Mr. Reynolds was arrested in 2012 for allegedly accepting almost $300,000 in payments from a subordinate hospital employee between 1996 and 2007 in exchange for negotiating payment of that employee’s annual bonus. He was also accused of making false statements to law enforcement officers and concealing evidence. Mr. Reynolds pled guilty to the charges in July.
