Guillermo Castro Narvarte, MD, allegedly reviewed the records from 2008-2009. If a patient’s record indicated he/she did not have a PCP, Dr. Narvarte would allegedly contact the patient to offer his medical services.
Along with the monetary settlement, Dr. Narvarte will also complete five hours of continuing medical education and pay another $3,100 to cover state costs.
Dr. Narvarte does not have privileges at NCH, according to the report.
