Quest said April 4 that the IRIS platform for diabetic retinopathy screening will be available at Quest’s patient service centers. The platform was previously only available to Quest patients through its HealthConnect business.
“Through this expanded care network, it will make it much easier to reach the estimated 60 percent of people with diabetes that are currently skipping their annual diabetic retinopathy check,” IRIS CEO Steve Martin said.
