Sequoia acquires biotech company

Sequoia Consulting Group has acquired 42 North Solutions, a company that provides project management and consulting services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Sequoia is a portfolio company of Boston-based private equity group Riverside Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the Feb. 22 Riverside news release.

“42 North has deep expertise in technical operations and facilities management, a strong presence on the East Coast, an impressive list of clients, and a talented and dedicated employee base — it is an outstanding fit with Sequoia,” Sequoia CEO Brandy Bullen said in the release.
