Northwell Holdings invests $3M in AI tech company

Northwell Holdings, the investment arm of New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health, has invested $3 million in communication research lab and technology company Hume AI.

Hume AI will use the funding to refine its machine learning models for clinical research, patient screening and accessibility technology, according to a Sept. 29 press release from the company. 

Hume AI builds its machine learning models using new peer-reviewed scientific research and algorithms.
