The two projects, according to a May 8 Northwell news release:
- Artificial intelligence-powered cancer care: Daniel King, MD, PhD, and Sandeep Nadella, MD, developed an AI-enabled tool that helps cancer patients navigate care.
- StrokeFighter: Chunyan Li, PhD, and Timothy White, MD, developed a bioelectronic medicine tool designed to alleviate the effects of stroke.
