Qr8 Health, formerly based in Boston, uses mobile technology to track symptoms and health data of multiple sclerosis patients. Enspire DBS Therapy combines deep brain stimulation with rehabilitation therapy to improve motor function in stroke survivors.
The companies, both of which are led by Vince Owens, an entrepreneur who has launched and exited several healthcare technology startups, will initially share a suite and a staff of eight in the innovation center. The center, which opened in 2013, is home to other startups such as TPA Stream and CavoGene LifeSciences, and counts among its partners Cardinal Health, the University Hospitals network and Cleveland Clinic.
