CMS announces 3 weeks of ICD-10 tests

CMS has announced the dates of three weeks of end-to-end ICD-10 testing.

The three testing periods will be Nov. 17 to 21, March 2, 2015 to March 6, 2015 and June 1, 2015 to June 5, 2015.

The three testing sessions will provide about 2,550 providers, suppliers and other claim submitters the opportunity to test their own ICD-10 processes. The testing will involve participants submitting test claims and receiving remittance advice explaining the adjudication of the claims.
