Washington (Pa.) Health System Washington Hospital is cutting 68 positions, leading to about 25 layoffs, according to a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette report.

Washington Health System President and CEO Gary Weinstein cited dropping readmissions and anticipated Medicare reimbursement reductions as the reason for the staff reduction, according to the report.
