The National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint against Valley Hospital in Spokane Valley, Wash., and Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Wash., based on a charge filed by the Service Employees International Union 1199NW, according to an Inlander report.

  Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System has unfrozen its employees' paid time off accrual, after halting it in early March, according to a Times Free Press report.

More than a dozen nurses held an informational picket outside Wilkes-Barre (Pa.) General Hospital Monday over nurse staffing levels, according to report by The Scranton Times-Tribune.
