A hospital spokesperson said the change will allow them to “continue to manage our benefit costs while providing competitive benefits to Northside employees,” according to the report.
The hospital employs more than 10,000 people, but the spokesperson was unable to provide the number of people affected, as its open enrollment process will not be complete until the end of November.
