Find out how each staff member will utilize the new technology and keep training focused on those actions.
3. Utilize super users
Pinpoint staff members that have a good handle on the technology in various departments and would be able to assist others that are having trouble.
4. Remain positive
Implementation woes sometimes cause some dissent throughout the organization. It is important to keep staff engaged and have an optimistic outlook.
