Tennessee’s RegionalCare Makes Unsolicited Offer to Acquire Cheyenne Regional Medical Center

Brentwood, Tenn.-based RegionalCare has made an unsolicited offer to acquire Cheyenne (Wyo.) Regional Medical Center, according to a Wyoming Tribune-Eagle report.

RegionalCare, a for-profit company, has offered a long-term lease. Although CRMC is not for sale, the board will meet to learn more about the offer on Thursday, according to the report.
