Woodside Health acquires Nevada medical center

Cleveland-based Woodside Health, a medical office building management firm, has acquired Henderson, Nev.-based Seven Hills Medical Center.

The acquisition includes two buildings which total 43,000 square feet and are occupied by a collection of medical professionals, according to a Feb. 15 news release.

“We look forward to improving the buildings for the existing tenants and engaging with new providers for the vacant spaces,” Ben Barr, principal of Woodside Health, said in the release.

Woodside Health has made 55 acquisitions and owns health-related properties across Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas.
