Under the affiliation — which the hospital says is not a merger — St. Vincent and St. Mary’s, both part of Prevea Health, will take a minority interest in Community Memorial with two representatives on the CMH Board.
In addition, Prevea, in partnership with the hospitals, will assist CMH in expanding the availability of physician specialists in its service area.
