WellSpan Health purchases Rothsville Medical Center

York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health has purchased Lititz, Pa.-based Rothsville Medical Center, according to Lancaster Online.

According to county tax records, WellSpan paid $3.95 million to purchase the facility. A spokesperson for the nonprofit said WellSpan had been leasing the facility before deciding to purchase it.

The medical center is home to WellSpan Family and Pediatric Medicine at Rothsville.
