One option under consideration is for PeaceHealth to manage and deliver services at United General. The health system and hospital would build on their current relationship, which includes the PeaceHealth Medical Group clinic on the United campus. The potential benefits of a closer relationship are financial stability for United General and greater access to care for the broader community.

The organizations plan to spend six months doing due diligence before deciding to move forward with integration.
