As part of the partnership, University of Nebraska Medical Center faculty and researchers can use the Nebraska Hospital Association data portal to communicate research requests and access updated quarterly information. The partnership aims to improve and enhance research and the quality of care for all.
“Researchers will be able to analyze key hospital data to further enhance public health in Nebraska, address rural and minority health disparities, and identify trends in chronic disease. This is the first time Nebraska hospitals and academics have had such a robust data partnership and the NHA is proud to collaborate with UNMC on this important effort,” Nebraska Hospital Association president Jeremy Nordquist told KETV.
