The joint venture acquired all five of NeighborMD’s urgent care centers, which are located throughout middle Tennessee. Additionally, CareSpot recently opened two more centers in the area.

The acquisition and new urgent care locations broaden the services provided to patients by TriStar and CareSpot. “This partnership between TriStar Health and CareSpot offers patients the expertise of a proven network of urgent care centers combined with the broader resources of a large hospital system if a higher level of care is required,” Steve Corbeil, president of TriStar Health, said in a news release.
