Earth City, Mo.-based MMS; Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Kreisers; and Tiffin, Ohio-based Seneca Medical announced the completion of the deal Friday.
The three companies first announced plans to merge in December.
The new, combined company is called Concordance Healthcare Solutions. It will have about 1,000 employees and operate 20 distribution centers. Tom Harris, executive vice president at MMS, and Roger Benz, CEO of Seneca, will serve as co-presidents of Concordance. Kresiers CEO Dave Larson, MMS CEO Gary Reeve and Seneca founder William Schultz will serve as members of the new company’s advisory board.
