Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health, the 35-hospital spinoff of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, signed a definitive agreement June 7 to sell two Pennsylvania hospitals to Williamsport, Pa.-based UPMC Susquehanna.
