Texas Health Resources Signs Letter of Intent With Adventist Health for Joint Venture

Texas Health Resources in Arlington has signed a letter of intent with Adventist Health System in Altamonte Springs, Fla., which “enables the organizations to consider forming a company” to own and operate Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Burleson, Texas, according to a Star-Telegram report.

Representatives from Adventist and Huguley declined to comment.
