Texas Health Resources Acquires Hospital

Texas Health Resources, based in Arlington, Texas, has acquired the Presbyterian Hospital of Denton (Texas), according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.

Texas Health Resources paid $100 million to Community Health Systems for the Denton facility, which will be renamed Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton, according to the report.
