Restoration Healthcare, a Tennessee-based hospital operator, has submitted a letter of intent to acquire Banks Jackson Commerce (Ga.) Medical Center, according to a report in the Gainesville Times.

Details of the agreement between Restoration, which operates its facilities as joint ventures with local physicians, and the debt-ridden Banks Jackson have not been released.
