The partnership covers heart, bone marrow, liver and kidney transplants. Patients will be able to attend pre- and post-transplant appointments with Temple or St. Luke’s physicians, and conduct related diagnostic testing onsite at St. Luke’s. Patients, if approved, will be referred to TUH for transplant surgery.
Under the agreement, Temple transplant physicians will be able to see patients at St. Luke’s facilities. Conversely, St. Luke’s physicians will be able to take part in clinical training at TUH.
