L&M Hospital was the final bidder for financially troubled Westerly Hospital after a court-sanctioned bidding.
According to the report, a court-appointed special master said L&M meets all the criteria required for the sale. Associate Justice Brain Stern is expected to rule after reviewing testimony and comments from a recent hearing.
