Although the agreement has been signed, ValleyCare’s corporate members still need to approve it before it goes through the regulatory review process.

Stanford Health Care is a part of Stanford Medicine, which includes the Stanford University School of Medicine and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.
