Sanford Health purchases Sanford Tracy Medical Center

Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health bought Sanford Tracy Medical enter from the city of Tracy, Minn., according to the Argus Leader.

Sanford Health had previously been operating the city-owned facility. Under the new agreement, which took effect March 31, the health system will own and continue to operate the medical center buildings and grounds.

Employees will not be affected by the sale because they were already employees of Sanford Health.

The price of the sale was not disclosed, according to the report.
