The 36-hospital operator will sell Henderson County Community Hospital, a 45-bed hospital in Lexington, and 45-bed McKenzie (Tenn.) Regional Hospital to SHS Tennessee.
Officials expect to close the transaction by Aug. 1., pending regulatory approval.
